DAPHNE sound-absorbing partitions and panels line is designed for the office and home by Studio Algoritmo for Slalom acoustic & partition system. The product, whose name is inspired by the story of the Greek myth that consecrates the organic form, arises from the observation of the game of a child in a park, intent on piercing some fallen leaves with some branches. A genuine and simple gesture, probably made by every child and therefore belong to the collective imagination. The same spontaneity is intrinsic in the object itself: thin supports hold felt sheets that recall the profile of the laurel, oak, olive and ash trees.
This is how a light, dynamic and familiar product takes shape, suitable for enriching and fragmenting spaces, whether they are a place of work, public or domestic, making them comfortable from an acoustic point of view.
